When I saw Susan’s cakes on Instagram I knew she was the only lady I could ask to make my cake. Mine, being dark green with burgundy flowers was unusual for her but I had total faith she could do it. And well, just look at this cake. I was blown away. I’m in love with it…well I was before we ate it! Now it’s just an incredible memory I will treasure forever. Susan we can’t thank you enough. You are an incredibly talented woman!
I saw a Cake Couture work of art at a wedding in Gloucestershire and I have to say that it was spectacular. It was covered in artisan sugar roses which just looked so real. Absolutely stunning, a true artist.
Susan made my fabulous wedding cake in 2012 and I’ve never seen a more spectacular piece of work in my life. Her attention to detail is second to none and the finished result was exquisite. I had so many compliments on the day about the look and the taste of my three tiered masterpiece and I’ve even kept the white roses from the top as a reminder! Nothing is too much trouble for Susan and she’s willing to go the extra mile to make the perfect cake for any occasion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cake Couture to anyone wanting a little special something.

We eventually found Susan on Google search, her images immediately captured our attention as we wanted not just a pretty looking cake but something which would taste amazing too. We were invited by Susan to her shop and was impressed my the level of detail she goes into producing the end piece, from the style to colour, all being synonymous with out wedding attire and venue deco etc. The end piece was mind blowing and impressive. The cake was enjoyed by all and we can highly recommended Susan to produce your wedding cake if you are searching for that Wow factor.
I ordered a cake and buns for my daughters 16th birthday party Sep 2018 ... it was perfect and took centre stage!! All her friends loved it. The pastel and rose gold marble effect worked beautifully, with delicate flowers..
Susan was so attentive, she made us feel so welcome... it may have been the first time we met her but felt like we have known her forever.
Will definitely ordering again.

The cakes at Cake Couture are more of an art rather than 'food' (although they do taste amazing too). Susan (the lady who makes them) is an artist. And like any good artist, she listens carefully to the 'brief' that her customers give her and then delivers this to perfection. She puts such time and skill into them that you'll think that the pics of them are photoshopped (i can testify that they arent). Cant recommend highly enough
Exquisite wedding cakes and beautiful cakes for all occasions, crafted to perfection. Susan has over 40 years experience and I have seen numerous people leave this shop with beaming smiles on their faces. She also does cake tuition in which she offers the very essence of sugar craft knowledge with care and enthusiasm to her students. A must visit.
