Needed to speak to a pharmacist to ask whether they had my medication in stock. Called all day no one answered the phone. When the phone was finally answeredI asked about my medication and was the person was extremely condescending and belittling. He ranted for a good few minutes telling me I should watch the news and that there were many issues contributing to the poor supply of medication. I really have never been spoken to in such a manner on the phone before.
Pharmasists not on premises again too busy in there other shop so noone getting served told come back in a hour so I do still not there 45 min later arrive I was first there but everyone else served half hour later I get asked why I'm looking at them when I spoke totally dismissed rude pharmacist I'll neva go again don't go there is my advice
I went to pick up my prescription and the staff were so rude and unhelpful. Even people waiting there told me how rude they were. I won’t be returning that’s for sure.
Went for an emergency prescription as we was out of our area and the pharmacist was fantastic, super helpful and efficient, highly recommend this chemist
Unhelpful, not very good service! Only using the chemist on behalf of a family member. Would not recommend them!

Ordered online 6days ago! Expected to just walk in and pick my prescription up.was not ready.sat for 25mins and was told didn't have part of my prescription would I accept substitute I said after sitting for 25mins not good enough.was told if I payed for my prescription I would have got it quicker!! Tried to explain I paid my ni all my life and was toldof course you have.very rude and condescending
Very slow. Even several days after they have receives the prescription it still won't be ready, i have been told to phone before I come to collect but then half the time they don't answer it. Not enough staff in there. Even when collecting a prescription they is ready you have to wait ages for them to actually look for it
