I come here regularly whilst using the launderette nearby. Great and reasonably priced food, comfortable chairs, friendly staff, clean and relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend. Little hidden gem in Marylebone
The girl made me a warm surprise lunch box with whatever she had available. was superb. Lucky her boyfriend. Good hands. The organic coffee quality is high. Liked the late with a heart of it.

Got a big breakfast for 6.99. Good value for price. Looking at the last reviews, I have been lucky with staff. The staff was a giggly one on the mood to talk. Best was the coffee. It was not the bitter cold one you get in many places. Mild and smooth and hot.
I very much enjoyed my visit, they have a great selection of teas and coffees at a reasonable price, and good selection of breakfasts and paninis etc.at a very reasonable price and are quite happy for you to sit at length and work using their free wifi. The lady serving Parisa, was very charming and friendly and added very much to my enjoyment of the visit. I think she deserves a pay rise and huge round of applause for being so dedicated and friendly towards the customers. Just need more gluten free and dairy free options please.
Went for breakfast. Was truly awful. Bacon looked and tasted plastic as was the sausage. Bread only just toasted and eggs overcooked and broken yolks. Beans and hash browns cold. We're offered sandwiches but that's not quite the same. Eventually got our money back but will not be going there again. There is a little cafe further up the road and we had an amazing breakfast the day b4 in there. If I could have given it no stars, I definitely would have.
I found Caffe Royale totally by accident as I was doing my laundry across the street. As a friendly gal behind the counter greeted me I noticed they had a wonderful selection of syrups, including sugar-free vanilla and other sugar free choices which I don’t see very often. I ordered a dirty chai latte, and I’m so thrilled as it is probably the most delicious dirty chai I’ve had in years. I look forward to the mile walk from my hotel back here tomorrow morning. I won’t hesitate… It is that delicious!!! ThanksCRL!!!
