A quaint wee lunch spot, limited space inside so I wonder if they serve the benches outside.
I had Cullen Skink and loved it - and the chicken fillets and chips (fries) looked good too.
If it's to get more popular, there may need to be clearer guidance on seating - maybe putting a name down on a list for when seats come available - folk could sit outside rather than hang around to be noticed, as long as the staff know to shout the name outside once a table is available.
Tables could use an extra wipe down - something that may have been slipped when they get quite busy
I had a ham and cheese toastie.
A wee bit overpriced for what you get.
The coleslaw has got too much mayonnaise and needs more vegetables to fill up that sauce.
It’s just straight up like a mouthful of mayo with bits in it.
Good service and atmosphere was okay.
Toastie was good just like any other toastie you get from cafes so nothing special, mediocre food.
very charming little cafe with simple comforting food that makes happy tummies. the ladies there were absolutely lovely old skool cake had an awesome home baked taste coffee was superb highly recommended
Linked to a driving range, a casual place with Cullen Skink on the menu. Beyond that, a range of hot and cold plates, sandwiches and tray bakes.
This was a casual, quick lunch, just me and my significant other one day through the week. The food was excellent, well presented and great value for money. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. However, the service was just a little on the slow side. I wouldn't let this put me off going again as it was very busy and folks were being turned away as it was full. All in all well worth a visit.
Food was average. Waitress was pleasant, but we waited what felt like more than 10 minutes just to be seated. This was with the seating only half full. We then waited so long for our order to be taken that we almost walked out. Unless it changes, we will not be back.
Lovely cafe, very friendly staff and nice, comfortable and tasty food. Prices are very reasonable. We were able to get a table straight away however people do reserve so perhaps do this to avoid disappointment.
Capable of holding around 40 people (10 tables that can seat 4 each).
Parking area outside capable of holding several cars so no need to fret
Excellent staff, been in a few times, very welcoming even with a soggy dog.
Good walk from peterhead out to cafe 19 on the new paths. After that walk or cycle a well deserved coffee / cake break. Also take away available for the way back ????????
