Located inside Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 and is on the right hand side as you leave the arrival hall.
We have been here a few times. It’s quite cosy and spacious. Clean and tidy. Great selection of prepared food eg sandwiches, rolls and wraps. A great place for a quick bite especially while waiting for your pick up to arrive. We had coffee and some baked goods. Coffee was fine. Suitable for all age groups.
Service was quick and easy. Public toilets are just next door.
Nice little cafe next to the exit. Good place to meet and to have a chat. Coffee and other beverages are served. Espresso and cappuccino are good as well. If you are lucky, you can buy a nice little cookie and a sandwich. Cold drinks also available. Reasonable prices but don’t forget you are at an international airport. So expect a surcharge.
Lines are usually short. So your drinks are ready in time.
Good place to refresh and hang out.

A very good cafe located just outside of the Treaty Centre. Offering a large selection of delicious sandwiches, toasties, wraps, and baps. They have an extensive selection of coffee and tea as well as cold drinks. Cakes, muffins and biscuits to tantalise the sweet tooth.
Staff was friendly, cosy atmosphere, however, the drink I got tasted pretty watered down even after selecting the stronger option. Probably wouldn't buy the same drink again. (Frappe Mocha)
Lovely cafe Nero in the airport it has lots of seating and right next to the arrivals area if you are waiting. It serves the usual coffee and snacks with a selection of sandwiches which can be warmed. If you are waiting for arrivals this is an ideal place to wait and have a coffee or a great meeting place.
Sandwiches were decidedly mid, the service was lame, the atmosphere was fine; it was a bit busy but you can't fault them for that.
Marshmallow machine was broken or something so I wasn't allowed Marshmallows. And then I was given a hot chocolate with no whipped cream after asking for whipped cream and Marshmallows.
Good range of food and drinks. In a convenient location too. Female staff member friendly. Young guy was pushy and unfriendly. Tried to move me on even before I had finished my order.
