I ordered a baguette. It arrived very quickly. The food was fresh and cooked to order, so hot when it arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back again.
We arrived for coffee late morning as some people were ordering an early lunch. So it meant our order for 2 coffees was stuck behind a couple of lunch orders and we had what we felt to be an unreasonable wait just for a coffee. The waitress was rushed off her feet and doing her best, but it seemed as though the system was working against her. After all that the coffee was cold, but had run out of energy to complain again. Won't be back.

It was busy Saturday lunchtime and there was a bit of a wait for the food but it was worth the wait, food was well presented and delicious ???? mine was the chilli and I can honestly say it was the best one I've ever had, soft fluffy, big potato, good spicy chilli, plenty of cheese & salad???? I'm an excellent cook myself so praise this food highly ????
Servers were friendly and helpful too.
If we're in the area we'd eat there again.
Staff were attentive and friendly. Reasonably priced and a quick turn around with our order, without impacting on the quality. Everything appeared clean and tidy, staff were wearing appropriate PPE when handling food. Overall a good, friendly cafe with a wide menu choice. We look forward to returning :)
Can't fault breakfast this morning.
Food is freshly cooked and thats obvious in the quality of the food. I'm local and have now found our breakfast place. Top it all the coffee was a latte and that did not disappoint unlike other places. Ticks all the boxes decent food decent coffee for once all the boxes have been ticked no longer having to chose between decent coffee or decent breakfast. It's very clear why the award was won and the proof is in the eating.
Arrived for some lunch around 1pm waited over half an hour for 4 baguettes with kids getting hungry we had no choice to ask for a refund so our kids could have some food such a shame as food was looking good coming from open kitchen. Too long a wait for a sandwich
It seemed very popular. Really wanted a carvery but unfortunately they had sold out, so had a full English instead was nice.
I asked for eggs, toast and beans for my wife as she is a vegetarian, I was told that everything was cooked using the same utensils and that they could not do this. Not sure how you cook beans and toast??? There were 6 in our party 5 of which ate meat, we were very dissapointed and obviously we all left together. Later we ate in the corner cafe who were able to cater for us all. Not eating meat should not be an issue.
