Me and my parents each got different drinks, would definitely recommend the Pretzel White Hot Chocolate above the other ones (Toffee Popcorn Hot Chocolate and Biscoff Milkshake), but they all tasted great. Lots of seating inside, nice decor.
Walk past, head to the spar and get some fresh sandiwches and treats instead.
Today's special....beef stew and fresh bread..... nothing special at all. Blasted in the microwave with tough beef and a slice of bread.
Quality of the food is shocking loads of plates going back. Same kitchen has the fish shop next door as well or so it seems.
We popped in for a breakfast this week whilst visiting Betws-y-Coed. The breakfast was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The eggs were well over cooked, bacon was pretty tasteless and greasy, hash browns were also greasy and not cooked properly. Coffee was poorly made and tasted dreadful.
In addition, unless they are deliberately going for the 1970's feel of cheap rate utensils, and condiment dispensers the place felt very dated and unclean. I would definately avoid at all costs.
Waited a long time for an ice cream to not having enough, but of a waste of time. But was nice when we did get something.
Terrible breakfast baps and even more dreadful was the coffee! This stuff just passes as food because unsuspecting tourists will pay for overpriced rubbish at a central location when they are in a rush.
We had a bit of a wait for the food. It was explained the fryers had gone down. The food when it arrived was excellent.
Shambolic the staff here don't seem to have a clue. They definitely need to go and sit in a busy cafe and get some ideas about efficiency. We queued and waited then left all 5 of us!
What a nice little Café?! The food was good and the staff were great. I believe they've joined forces with their fellow neighbours Nemo Fish & Chips next door! All in the same building! I had a basket of chips and they were quite nice. The cup of tea was good too. I'll definitely consider visiting this Café again at some point in the future! Very good!! ????
