Very friendly staff, happy to do minor menu change for my daughter.
Good prices and quality of food would recommend. Lots of outdoor seating. Really good fish and chips and fish fingers best around by far. Staff are really pleasant and helpful. 2 meals 2 drinks £21.
Went there on busy Wednesday and were told on the door that waiting time is over an hour and we better go somewhere else. We walked around but still came back and it was best decision ever ???? especially after awful experience in "hairy dog pub" is was so good to eat something freshly prepared for us, we felt that food was cooked with love and it tasted so good. Kids were over the moon with their nuggets and chips.
Oh and prices are way too reasonable ????
Found this place after being not such a pleasant experience elsewhere and actually so glad we found it! Familybfriendly food was proper pub grub and bar lady was absolutely great Highly recommend it
Down from Liverpool sadly for a funeral.
A wonderful little spot, the buffet food was excellent, and the staff were lovely.
Hopefully be back soon when its a bit warmer .
Came across this little gem when visiting minehead for the weekend. Such a lovely friendly pub with a great vibe.
Went in Thursday evening for some drinks. The staff are so friendly and we all had a good laugh. Was so good we came back in the morning for breakfast and then the last day we were there had breakfast before heading home. The food is great and good value!!

Thank you for responding to my review. Just to clarify, during the course of ordering our food at least three references were made to my need for a gf meal. I did query the province of the beans when I paid the bill - only to find out they were not gf. In fairness to your waitress she was mortified when she returned from the kitchen to tell me this. Surely, your chef should have thought to check the beans having been told that I was gf and to give my sausage to my husband? Fortunately by comparison to others with celiac disease my reactions are uncomfortable but not life threatening - as in some suffers this would have triggered a much more serious situation.
Your staff need training on food allergies ! Told waitress I had celiac disease, even requested breakfast sausage was given to husband as not gf. Served beans, which I later discovered had gluten and wheat flour in them - poison to my system. I will have 24 hours of bloating, nausea, tummy cramps, and violent tummy upset but other sufferers may have even more severe reactions. Foods allergies are not something to pay lip service to. Not happy.
Amazing food, lovely little place with lovely friendly staff, definatly be coming again next time we visit.
10/10 service 10/10 food, best breakfast baguette I’ve had in a long time! Small breakfast was a very good size. Very reasonable prices too and the milkshakes are to die for kids loved them ????
