Best KPortal Reviews

If you wanna know what’s the best place for a great breakfast: Café Mór for sure.
This place has a unique beaming atmosphere, and you can have it all from Full Scottish Breakfast over waffles to the amazing Peppermint Slice ????
Lots of friendly and welcoming customers, and the service person is swift, friendly, and makes you feel at home.
An outstanding place here in Greenock. ????
Can’t believe we found this hidden gem ???? absolutely brilliant. Not too busy in the middle of the day and the food is outstanding. The staff were very helpful and always wore a smile. Food choices were catered for vegan as well as gluten free. I would certainly recommend this establishment.
As we wandered through Greenock, we came upon Cafe Mor and took a chance. It had good reviews on Google, so why not? So happy we stopped off here! We first sat outside and enjoyed hot tea and scones. Very nice tea service with jam, butter, and milk offered. The tea was delicious and the scones were both large and tasty. These are Scottish scones. As we were finishing up, our server came up and recommended we move indoors as, she felt, it might rain. Trusting her instincts (and local experience), we headed in. Such a lovely place. Warm, welcoming, and nicely decorated. It’s an old church hall redone as a light and airy cafe. See photos. We decided to stay for lunch. I had a toasted panini (bacon, Brie, and apricot). My wife got the chicken pesto quesadilla. Everything was fresh and tasty. All of it quite affordable. If you find yourself in Greenock, Scotland (or anywhere nearby), Cafe Mor is worth your time and money. Mor mean exceptional in Gaelic. I agree.
Now this is a lovely café for hot drinks and food. I love morning coffee and breakfast roll with some friends. The staff were so super friendly and welcomed you with a smile.
OMG, the panini was delicious. My hubby had the soup of the day and a baked potato and I had the brie, bacon panini. Absolutely wonderful. Add a roaring fire and a lovely spot for tea or lunch.
Pleasant little cafe where I met with an old friend for coffee. Good service, good coffee, and a good selection of scones and cakes.
I was only there for a coffee, so it's hard to give a full review. The cafe is OK and the staff are pleasant.
Really disappointing experience at Cafe Mor today. Service was very friendly however totally let down by the quality of food and drinks. Treacle Scones were especially disappointing, mine was about half an inch thick, seemed not to have risen during baking and the inside was a very dense unpleasant texture. Pot of tea was served with water which was barely above lukewarm temperature. Will not be back, Cafe Monza in Cathcart Street is 100x better.
