In case anyone is looking for this cafe it is located inside the reception of COSI hotel which is basically inside Central Plaza.
We were staying at the hotel and we were given vouchers to use in the cafe which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately the coffee is a bit average and the pastries / cakes they are serving are not fresh at all. Completely stale.
Regardless the seating area is very nice and spacious. It's quiet too so it would be a nice place to work for sure.
Really great co working space. Two levels, cafe is located in lobby of Cosi Hotel. Co working is free, just buy food.

Note to all guests - please pick up your garbage/rubbish after yourselves, especially if you're on the upper level. Show some respect for the space and the people who keep it lovely.
I went to work from there, you need to pay 150 Baht just for sitting there. Seats are not comfortable, sometimes there are noise because the reception of the hotel exists in the same area of the working space.
Internet connection was not so bad 24Mps Download. Overall it is not bad to work from there but it doesn’t worth it because there are lots of alternatives around.

The cafe is IN the Cosi hotel.
You access it through Central festival shopping complex (can park there).
The nearest shops to the entrance are starbucks & coffee club (Just behind the escalator).
Very nice place for working! They sell day passes for THB150. It's in the lobby of the COSI hotel, right next to Central Samui.
Name of place is Cosi not WYSIWYG. It does have coffee and working areas downstairs, but the upstairs area seemed is a cool little hangout for young kids/teens (8-14 years old). So, for kids or families it might be a great place to relax for a bit, but wasn’t what I was looking for to work from.
