Great first experience. Matthew was helpful, pleasant and very easy to deal with. He called me to confirm the appointment and ensure I had the correct paperwork and was pleasant and helpful on site. Offer after inspection was roughly £25 less than on the company's web site. I'd mistakenly described a dent as a scratch, which was fair enough.
Alan at the Caerphilly branch was absolutely fantastic. Helped me through every step of the way and there was no pressure from him at all. 10/10 service from Alan, absolute credit to the company. So polite, funny and just all round lovely man. Thanks so much again Alan!
Experience has gone down hill! Refused to sell my car today after being offered a below market rate. The staff member tried everything to convince me it was fair, including getting 'management approval' to offer an additional £250. Upon leaving he was agressive to the point I had to get in the car and drive off.
I drove up the road and found a self employed dealer who offered me the full book price!
The way the company operates should be investigated. Offer a price online which is fair market value, vehicle inspected on site by a friendly enough guy. Who makes comment on how good the condition is, high spec with low mileage (vehicle 18mths old) Taken into the office, takes all keys off you with V5 & docs. Then the magic Ipad comes out with a company branded PDF page showing price £3000 less than original. Justification was that market value had dropped in last few days. When asked for keys back, the guy said let me ring manager see what we can do. Price went up by £1000, magic again. After a long conversation as to how I should take the offer as not many people could afford to offer more, I had to physically take my keys back to leave. Phone call next morning, price up again by £1000 but only held until end of the day. Thankfully I work in the industry so know the market value & also had a private buyer who gave original price (market value) was purely using Webuyanycar for convenience. I feel so sorry for anyone having to use this company due to financial difficulty, who might not be comfortable in a similar scenario. Will never entertain wasting my time here again.

Very honest price for the car. Due to IT technical issues was unable to be seen at my pre-booked appointment at 11am on Sat 12th Aug. However, Peter explained the issue and another appointment was arranged the next morning and price was guaranteed when I decided to sell on the Monday. 5 Star for Peter and price given but 4 star due to technical issues

I went in first of all to get a valuation from Sean, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was especially pleased by how "non pushy" they were - they gave me a very fair valuation on the car but I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere first.
Two weeks later I went back again and met with Dave, who was similarly friendly. Despite the valuation slightly changing in the two weeks because my MOT was now less than 6 months (my fault for not working that out!) he worked out a way of honouring the original valuation, and, as promised, I had the money in my account 4 days later.
Excellent service, would definitely recommend.
Got a really good price for the car and the man working was absolutely lovely
