My favourite place to eat in Chester! I order from cactus quite frequently, their food is delicious and fresh and they are always so accommodating. They have such a huge range of food and always adding new things to the menu. The drinks also have different sugar and milk options which is great for people with different needs. I’m a frequent a customer in person and by delivery and they have never ever made a mistake. I have included a selection of food I’ve eaten over the past few years- my favourites are the tofu steak, the katsu prawn and avocado uramaki and the katsu chicken ramen. They recently added Japanese cheesecake which is unbelievable (shown in pics) and hard to find in Chester so I would definitely recommend it! It’s really such delicious food and they have something for everyone which I love
I’m a regular customer but I thought I had to leave a review. Every single time I go here it is non stop great service and food. I normally just get a mango fruit tea with mango pearls, but today I got the don of the day which was the pork. Everything was so good and the standard is just so good. The guy that served me was so polite (as they usually are) and was quick with it. Never going to stop coming back here. 1000000000000% recommend.
I work in Chester and it is perfect for my lunches. They do a special dish each day for a discounted £6 for a regular and £7 for a large which is very reasonable, especially as the quality of food is excellent and the service is always quick and very pleasant. I have been served numerous times by Nadia and she is fantastic.
Every time I come here I am served by Nadia! She is the kindest and most helpful person I’ve come across and nothing is too much trouble. It goes a long way when the worker remembers the customer too, I am a creature of habit and always buy the same drink but next time will let Nadia choose, as she knows best!! Give her recognition!! The tea is very sweet I ordered for half sugar but it felt like more than full sugar to be honest. Make you stand outside in the freezing cold. The food isn't great. Very expensive for bubble tea or food. Not very impressed. The first time I went there and the lady didn't ask for how much sugar I wanted but then asked the lads behind me I felt disrespected because I said that " it's my first time". Honestly, won't go there in in future unless my friend tell me too. If you like sweet stuff this is for you. Also, not everything that was on the menu was in stock. Overall I won't go there again.
Best boba in Chester would highly recommend! Got served by Nadya she was so lovely and helpful! Everytime I went in on my own and with friends she was always able to effectively recommend based on what the buyer has already experienced. Completely recommend this bubble tea shop and the sturdy cups!!!
Massively overrated place for the price portions solid lacks flavour though and ingredients I had to add my own stuff to it ? Not rubbish but Jeez for nearly 60 quid lower the prices or higher the quality ? 6/10
I have had better microwave meals to be honest what is the huge fuss ? the seaweed was very nice tbh also the Sushi was a little heavy for me but still nice again I could get the same stuff from CO OP for way cheaper the soup dishes were nice good amount of meat but they lacked a punch and ingredients the pictures told me there would be egg served ? no egg served.
Come here every weekend after work for a drink and the staff are lovely and welcoming. Always lovely to see them after a long day at work! Always offering different flavours of tea for me to try and so far there hasnt been one that i dislike ????????
