Kindest most helpful store! The owner always goes out of his way and has so much knowledge. They carry other DIY bits too, not just motor / auto parts.
I have known Charlie, the owner, for the past 25 years. He's been running this place for much longer than this. Very friendly and helpful gentleman that would come out and change bulbs for you at no extra charge.
The best customer service I have ever had in England. My battery was flat and Charlie the lovely owner charged it for me in the pouring rain. Very helpful, competitive prices and lots of stock. Will always go back to Charlie for assistance.
The owner is a pillar of the local community. Old school type of business, excellent customer service and people skills. Always attempting to be helpful. Everytime I go in there for miscellaneous objects I feel better coming out.
The best customer service ever! A small grotto of a shop although well stocked, if they don't have what you need they will order in for next day collection. Always see the owner helping people outside fitting bulbs,wipers ECT, and for an independent is very cheap!? My wipers and diesel additive was cheaper than Amazon! Very friendly and super helpful.
Good old Charlie, it always amazes me how much stock he has, and if he has not got it you can normally have it by the afternoon. I won't buy my car spares from anybody else. Keep it going Charlie.
