Turned up without appointment with windscreen wipers not working on a rainy blowy day and needing to get to Kirkwall. Receptionist fab and Conrad brilliant, got them working and no charge in under 10 minutes. Very grateful, thank you!!
What an amazing service from the two owners! They managed to fix our car (with parts they had to order from Inverness on the same day) by working until late at night so that we could still catch our ferry! And in the meanwhile we got their private car free of charge to still visit the many great sights on the island! World class service!
Conrad has the best technical equipment in Orkney to diagnose car faults and he is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy. His prices are fair and he tries to get the best priced parts whenever he can. I have never come across a better garage in thirty years of motoring in Britain.
