Having gotten quotes elsewhere which seemed a bit steep, a friend recommended Rob at c&r.

When the ABS warning lights came on the Audi dealer told us they would be able to fit us in six weeks from the day I called. When I called C&R they could fit us in the following week. I took the car in Tuesday morning after the school run and collected it early Tuesday afternoon before the school pickup. The problem was fixed and we have had no more issues since. Moreover, C&R charged less for the entire transaction than we were quoted by the Audi dealer for just diagnostics. Good value for money!

I’ve been using C&R garage for several years now and would go anywhere else . Rob is always professional, trustworthy and reliable . Quotes are always accurate and well priced . Recently I had a problem just as I was about to go away . Rob fitted me in despite being busy and got me on the road . To top it , at the start of the pandemic when PPE supplies were an issue, Rob donated his entire stock of disposable seat covers and gloves to my colleagues in the district Nursing team !
Took my car there for a simple mot and service. Told needed to brake pads so I bought them then told needed brake disks so bought them, after fitted them there has been problem after problem with the brakes. Went back several times and had to leave car several times to get it sorted but never fixed the problem told I needed to buy another part from reclamet so we did but that didn't sort problem either. £600 worse off problem still present. Never sorted fault which he created, fault wasn't present before he touched the car. absolute joke.
Ended up selling car to a dealer at a considerable lower price. ☹
