It is not possible to fault the staff at this branch of CM Pharmacy. I have developed some health problems in the last five years and the pharmacy is adjacent to the surgery. I appreciate how busy they are, even now we are on the other side of the Covid pandemic they seem to be busier than ever. Despite this high pressure environment - absolutely faultless service and above and beyond in terms of customer service. Always, I find the staff to be of a positive disposition and always cheerful and personable. All staff do a wonderful job and are greatly appreciated by this customer for the superb service and the highest of standards they maintain. Thank you !!!
This pharmacy consistently gives fantastic friendy perfect service. I've been using this place for years now and certainly have no complaints at all. They are so busy and, in fact, inundated with work I think they do a great job. Thankyou team ????????

Customer service stills not great
C&m chemists on Belle Vue rd are brilliant . The staff are always friendly , professional , polite & knowledgable . Lots of times I have been in there & the pharmacist or one of the other staff have been advising if customers need advice (obviously they check with the pharmacist ) What I also love about them is their prices for over the counter medications are reasonably priced not like some other pharmacy’s whose prices sometimes are extortionate !
Saw Sarah the pharmacist over the last 2days. Sarah was friendly, approachable and went above and beyond by phoning to see how I was, and let me know the medication she ordered the previous day was in. I cannot fault this service, it was a breath of fresh air!
Always very helpful. Staff are always happy and laughing. One of the best pharmacies in the area. Used for my parents but I have now switched my prescriptions here also.
Most helpful, personal, knows me by name. Efficient and friendly.
Very disappointing experience. Arrived 12.58, assistants in the shop watched us walk across to the open door of the pharmacy yet closed it before we could reach it. We desperately wanted pharmacy assistance for our 2 year old's chicken pox. My wife politely tapped on the door, but despite seeing her there, the switched off the lights and ignored her. A very poor experience indeed.
