Been recommended this garage as a good place to do servicing and mot, unfortunately my experience wasn't very good, when I got back to pick up my car couldn't close the window on driver side, workers said that it's just stopped working and they doesn't know why. Everything what I been told it's "Sorry, we are not very good in electrics and it's home time". I wasted couple hours taking off the panels and lifting up the window. Two days after took my car to another garage to find out what is a problem, apparently window been forced down with hands not with button, according to what i been told from boys in another garage, in the end its cost me a new motor and new lever.
Used this garage before and they could not fix the issue with my car and made my electrics ok the car come up with more faults! Fortunately I found another garage to sort my issues. Do appreciate them looking though

I have come here twice now, one for an mot about half a year ago and today for a tyre and they were very helpful, fairly priced and lovely people. Highly highly recommended. Thank you so much for your help!!
Please please for the love of God either dont use this garage or make sure you check everything before your pay. Got my car back after over a week at the garage for a simple fuel injector change. I Pick it up and find out a few days later as somthing else went wrong to find they have lost loads of bolts and secured with zip ties. Have damaged the vacuum pipes which also need replacing and fuel is leaking everywhere after changing fuel filter and fitting incorrectly. Never had a problem with them before but this is like they have left an apprentice do the work and not checked. Cannot believe how bad this work is so will be reporting to trading standards with the pictures and the receipts of what has been done. Unless the garage contact me to offer to correct this and do the job I paid £600 to fix.
Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE:
After taking to a ford garage to diagnose what happened it turns out that the fuel lines taking fuel to the pump had been damage and when changing the filter used the wrong tools, essentially what appears to be a screwdriver to force the filter open and in turn damaging the pipes, after now replacing all the pipes that were damaged and all the missing bolts the car is finally running as it should. Complete cowboys at the garage would not advise anyone using them.

Too marks for these guys today ...pulled in with problem with my exhaust. The lads didn't hesitate and saw to my problem right away then I could go safely on my way ...deffo recommend ????
