Excellent service

Myself and my partner and our 2 girls, was on a weekend Easter holiday in Filey at Primrose Valley, and our car decided to breakdown on us as we was about to head home, so panic mode set in, thought we would have to wait hours to get recovery but No that wasn't the case, this superb company, came out to us on our holiday site and recovered us and brought us all back to Nottingham to our home address. We couldn't thank him enough, and he was with us within one hour, Nothing was too much trouble for him, even though it was a bank holiday Monday. would highly recommend to anyone that needs to be recovered And will be using him Again If we need him, thank you so much for all your help. Much appreciated.x

Colin came to my rescue after I made the mistake of trying to turn my fwd van around at the end of a narrow overcrowded lane, and promptly got myself stuck in a muddy rut. At any point he could have called to tell me he wouldnt get his truck down that same lane, and yet he continued onwards to make sure we were pulled back onto the tarmac before starting his slow and tricky reverse all the way back to main roads. He offered advice on avoiding the same situation again, and on how to better recover the van myself with the right equipment if and when I do end up stuck in the mud in future.

Following the rescue, he also reccomended a great stopover location for the night, one Ill be sure to return to in the future. Couldnt reccomend Colin enough. Really got us out of a tricky spot even at risk of getting his own truck stuck!

Me and my family broke down whist on holiday in Filey.

Colin was utterly professional from the moment I called his service. We established the battery in my car needed changing. He ordered this and had my car running within hours. Colin even filled my screen wash, and fixed the cap back on the drivers side door which came off as I had the manually open the door. All for an incredible price.

He is an old school gentleman who goes over and beyond to help you. His van and tools are spotlessly clean. His standards are incredibly high. A refreshing change these days. He even phoned the next day to ensure the car was running properly.

Fantastic service and a lovely guy, we met Colin when he originally came out after calling our breakdown company. After helping us out and thinking the problem was resolved we carried on our journey. A few hours later we broke down again and Colin came out off his own back to recover us back to our campsite.

After checking the car over briefly he kindly recommended a great garage who sorted out all the issues we had.

If not for Colin we wouldn't of been able to make the 5 hour journey home towing our caravan.

Highly recommend Colin we breakdown on a busy road about in Scarborough, with 2 kids in the car and we rang Colin who came to help us within 30 minutes and tow us back to Chesterfield which is 100 miles away, Colin was really helpful and friendly and put us at ease after a stressful morning and his professionalism was excellent and he has a excellent sense of humour and made us feel welcome from the moment we met him. Colin recovered the car and caravan from a very boggy field at a Filey campsite . A quick and professional response with all the right tackle for a difficult job . I thought the price was very reasonable as well .
