Am so impressed with this firm, customer service is so good, did an excellent job servicing my nissan and when I had a faulty ignition light a while ago after they examined and found the source of the problem (the same day as ringing them) spent a good time fixing it and wouldn't even charge for when asked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage, very honest and professional.
Brilliant service given every time I take my car in for a service. They’ve also gone above and beyond and collected my car from my driveway and returned it when the jobs were done. As a disabled person this service is invaluable and being local is fantastic.
Has kept my cars on the road for well over a decade and is the only choice when my car needs seeing to.
They must be good, you need to book up 12 weeks ahead for the work that needs to be done. What a reputation!
This is a gem of a garage…. The lads working here are so friendly and helpful and despite being busy they are keen to assist as much as possible.. great work and very reasonable prices. Definitely our go to garage!
I have been using this garage for around 5 years. They have always been honest,trustworthy and more than helpful, especially when I was going through hard times.
When I drive my car away from Button and Turner, it is with the utmost confidence that it is safe, reliable and going to get me to my destination and back with no hassle.
Brilliant car mechanics, nothing is ever any problem for them.
Good price and seemed to do good job. Possibly because of covid I wasn't informed of what they found if anything or any heads up what might need doing soon.
Update - in light of the response from the business. I don't think you're response puts you in a good light and suggests that you don't have time for customer service. Plus almost 5 weeks following a service and MOT my car broke down. I was informed (by a completely different garage) that it needed new spark plugs!! The spark plugs had not been changed and couldn't have been checked as the car wasn't working well before the service either. I was very upset to find that I had spent money in good faith on a service to then have another big repair bill a few weeks afterwards. It makes me wonder whether in fact a service was performed on the car. So much for the good price initially!!
Great local garage!! Go out of their way to be helpful! Honest and reliable service! Will try and save you money if they can. Have been going there for years and they have never let me down!
