Used to visit her as a child with my grandparents, so to go back was a lovely trip down memory lane. The homemade broccoli and Stilton soup was very tasty and excellent value for money. Purchased a jar of there sweet pickle which I cant wait to try.
Stayed over the weekend and wanted some top breakfast before we left. Can honestly say the setting of it all is just lovely and calming. Brilliant customer service from the staff too. The food was lovely and delicious. The outdoor seating area has the beautiful view of the promenade too. Look forward to visiting again!
Fantastic lady served us this morning. Very friendly and helpful. 2 full English breakfasts were consumed. Even helped us find a local firewood supplier for the air bnb we are staying at. +++++
Lovely little cafe nice service and fantastic home made food .Also has a gluten free option of lemon meringue pie,which my wife informed me it's the best she has tasted in years. I opted for the home short bread and a latte.
Excellent breakfast and coffee here. Located in a lovely village and a nice view from the Cafe. Friendly staff and quick service.
The toilets are down an alleyway which is interesting (not in a negative way) its certainly something different.
The only thing the full English was missing is beans but thats my opinion, it was still absoloutely fantastic.
Quite disappointed in the food I got. Ordered the chicken goujon burger. Inside the burger were 3 goujons from frozen. For £10.50 I was expecting better. Person who served us also couldn't crack a smile
Went here on 8th October with 2 friends. There were 7 customers in, 3 tables reserved, 2 inside tables vacant and all outside seats vacant. We was astonished to be told they didn't have a table for us.
They clearly did have tables and the only reason a can think of for them saying they didn't is that they couldn't be bothered. The owner doesn't bother to reply to reviews either.
We went to the cafe on the prom where we got great service.
A superb little cafe by the side of the through road, easily missed if just driving by. The cream scones were lovely with a slice of fresh strawberry on top. Very pleasant staff.
