ZERO STARS for this garage. I have brought my car in for a service and tyre change. Brought it in the morning and they said it will be done by the afternoon. No call received so decided to just come in and check if it's done. They said there is air trapped in the fuel system so needed to bleed in the next day. Next day came, they said they fixed it but as they are starting it, the battery was drained so needed to wait again until the afternoon to fully charge it. Afternoon came and they said it still doesn't start so waited again the following day and I decided to come back in again to check and they said to our surprise that the car cannot start as the cylinder head was cracked and we need to find BMW specialist to fix it. After all those troubles, we still have paid them for the full service they did. We had scrapped our car and lose money after all....
Went to Bush to get tire swapped over.
People who work here are very pleasant and helpful. Quick with sorting out my van and with a good cost.
