Just experienced the worst ever visit to a dentist that i have ever had. I will never return and will take all my family to a different dentist. The customer service is awful and they do not care at all. After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment I did not even then receive a full check up. This practice should not be allowed to run.
Decent place, but weird cancellation policy. £40 charge for a late cancellation - why would anyone pay that if they could just re-book at another practice?
Excellent service and care from all members of staff we have come across. Everyone very professional and caring, helping to put a very nervous patient at ease and reassured. Very impressed by all, thank you .

Dr Assil is absolutely wonderful! She had been recommended to me as I am an extremely nervous patient and dread the dentist. They were right - she is so so lovely, kind and reassuring. I have to go back again to complete the treatment and I’m not half as nervous now. Thank you so much Dr Assil.. I’d also like to mention Neda on reception, who was kind and empathetic and went out of her way to help me day also. Both very appreciated thank you.
Moved to this Dental Practice about 8 years ago. Great decision as we have always had excellent service. Assil is the dentist for me and my wife and she is so nice and friendly and tries her utmost to give you the very best treatment at a reasonable price. I recently had a tooth that had previously had root canal work crack and break. It would have been quicker and easier to have the tooth taken out as it was not visible when I smiled but Assil said she could try and save the tooth and use a cheaper NHS metal crown. I am delighted with the result as having teeth out at age 67 is not great as it can make you look and feel old before your time. I have never been a great fan of going to the dentist but my mum was a stickler for making me look after my teeth and having a dentist like Assil on our doorstep is very reassuring. Her Dental Assistant and also the reception staff are always very pleasant even though they have a tough job dealing with people who sometimes forget how lucky we are to even have an NHS dentist in Burpham.
These people are amazing! starting with Neda at reception so helpful and professional and nice to Dr Shukri and her assistant , all such lovely professional people. So grateful to have found a dentist like them , definetly reccomend!
Absolutely shocked by their service. Last week my mother went there complaining of extreme tooth ache and the lady was absolutely rude and possessed a threatening behaviour . She was treating her extremely terribly and her attitude was absolutely rude and shocking. She charged money for a go through of her teeth, but then was absolutely rude when my mum asked for the next process as her toothache was really worse. She treated my mother as she did something wrong. She was absolutely rude when it came to charging money, and after the check up, she forced my mum to leave and said if you don’t leave then she will call somebody, and my mother simply wanted to talk about what’s next as her toothache was worse. Well, the lady was threatening and extremely rude, and therefore I don’t recommend this dental practice , which hired rude, threatening and appealing staff. Shocking
