Used to be good but they broke my wiper blade (£20 to replace) on a £15 wash (which I didn't pay for), on a Sunday afternoon with no way of me getting a replacement until Monday morning which was a detour and made me late for work. The finish also seems to be strange, like a weird film is left on the car, particularly the windows which smear badly.
Won't be using again. Have bought the kit to do properly at home.
They provide a fantastic car wash. A thorough 10 minute job. They throw in a dry wax, wheel shine & an air freshener. My car looked the part after, well impressed for the price. It's a bit confusing once you're on the court so I'll quickly summarise: You pull up over to the left for the wash and then after, you go around toward same gate to get the dry wax, which after, you pay.
Had my car serviced and MOT'd with them multiple times and never had a problem. Friendly staff and very helpful - last time my car went in for an MOT my number plate was cracked and they ordered one for me then and there and attached it before I left that afternoon. Would highly recommend.
I took my Peugeot 307sw and we needed an oil change and a new tyre fitted due to the tread being 1.2, when the minimum is 1.6 and we told them and showed them which tyres, and they still changed the wrong tyre. I did work experience here before and they were the best but they have just lost themselves.
First class service, keeping cost to a minimum with a no compromise approach to road safety. My car had some challenging issues, the team took ownership of my problems and kept me informed at all stages of the repairs. I will not go anywhere else.
Great price, the lads there were very polite and also had a laugh with me, they showed me every issue with the car and made sure i was happy with what they were diing befors they started the work and after it was finished made sure i was happy with it, i live in derby and my car would not have got me back with the weather, they were happy to help out without a booking anx ill happily use these guys again.

Had a number of vehicles serviced here over a couple of years. Also bought or had repaired tyres, brakes, handbrake tensioning, MOTs, bonnet catch, electrical problem and a cpl of other bits. Hands down THE best garage I have taken any car to in the last 20 years in multiple Counties (I have travelled lots). Staff are great, one guy invested quite a time explaining about my Focus ST3 (when I had it) and the best way to enhance security, best tyres to put on it etc. Absolutely spot on. We don't even bother going anywhere else now. Honest, reliable, good value and never any problem with the work carried out. They even dropped me off back at the house on one occasion, after I had taken the car in and because it would be in most of the day, then they dropped the car off at the house after its service and MOT. Fantastic.
Having had a good experience when I had two back tyres fitted decided to book in for handbrake cable replacement the following week. Booked in for Friday at 8:30am as needed car back same day. Car left at 8:30am for work to be carried out. By 5:10pm needed to know what was happening called and advised was on ramp would call back. By 5:45pm still no call so called back advised that wrong parts sent wouldn't get car back tonight. Be ready tomorrow sometime.Really disappointed with customer service as I had not been advised of this problem so I could have made arrangements regards appointments I needed to get to at 7pm on the Friday and 8:15am on the Saturday. Rang Saturday morning advised working on it would call me. Got at call at 11:35 car ready. When I picked car up could see handcable was hanging down so said this needed sorting as I have to drive to Walsall and lots of speed bumps. Told would have to leave the car there until Monday. I asked for a temporary fix cable tye to be used as needed my car. Advised needed to pay bill which was £37 more than quoted when this was pointed out the guy fitting the cable tye was told to stop as the car wasn't going anywhere. The part needed to prevent the handcable from hanging down had not been ordered. I paid my bill grudgingly as I had incurred additional travel costs due to not getting my car back the same day. All this could have been prevented if I had received a courtesy call to update me on the problems the Centre was experiencing and I would have had the time to make alternative arrangements. I do not recommend
