The best garage in Harlow, the most reliable and honest mechanics I have come across. I have been taking my cars there for the last 20 years with no issues at all
Had my car booked in 2 weeks ahead of the date it was booked in for. Had a phone call the afternoon of the day before I was due to drop my car off, saying he had just tried to order the parts but his supplier was out of stock. Despite the fact that the garage owner could have ordered the parts when my car was booked in, two weeks ago!! He then said he would order the parts and call me to book me in for the work to be carried out. This was 3 weeks ago and I've still heard nothing. It just seems to be a very poorly organised business.
Super impressed with this garage. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was recommended to go here and I wasn't disappointed. Any car problems then visit these guys.
Been taking my cars here for years, Lloyd and the guys are always helpful, reliable and honest (they are an absolute rarity in the garage business!). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage for first class service, and I won't ever be taking my cars anywhere else.

I've been taking my car here for the last 3-4yrs. The first time was an emergency, we needed the car for a family holiday later that week and Lloyd at Burnt Mill Garage was able to complete all of the work to a very high standard.
They have since repeatedly proven to go out of their way providing the best possible service year after year with very reasonable prices.
I've highly recommended them to my family and friends ever since.
So grateful to the guys at Burnt Mill Garage for squeezing in an MOT today. I could see that they were already busy, the front was full of cars, but they still found the time to MOT the car and have it ready in under 2 hours! Didn't try to add on any extras either, but gave me good advice about what needs taking care of next. Will definitely be bringing the car back for a full service.
My daughter brought her car in for an MOT this morning, she got a call to say the wipers needed changing, it’s been done and it will be an extra £42!
When we collected the car I asked why we wasn’t consulted first, before it was done, as they provide a free retest I’m sure there are more reasonable prices wiper blades!
The man we spoke to said he didn’t want to inconvenience us by failing it on wiper blades, surely that is our choice! As the MOT doesn’t run out for a week!
When we got home my daughter noticed that the paint is chipped on the bonnet, from the wiper blade instillation! I called them straight away and said i will bring it back to be looked at it!

Had a misfire on my vehicle and had to wait until the 1st of June to make an appointment, I was expecting at a least a week for a booking, but as soon I explained the problem they told me to drop the car off that morning and will work on it between jobs. Had a phone call to say they diagnosed the problem area and the car would be ready the next day. To say I was relieved was an understatement, they were highly professional and their communication was highly commendable keeping me informed of their progress. To me they went above and beyond to help me out when they were obviously very busy. I was very impressed, would definitely use this garage again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...Well deserved 5 stars from me.
