I've been going here for a few years for any vehicle troubles and they always do a great job and finish when they say they will. There's never hidden costs and they always check first if something's needed. Best garage in newton ????
Took my car into the garage to ask if they were able to a job as i had this fault code. They insisted on scanning it again to make sure i was right. After a couple hours received a phone call saying that what i had said was correct but unfortunately they couldnt carry out the work needed. So i went to pick my car up and then they charged me £42 to scan my car for the fault code i had told them what the problem was. Once i challenged why i needed to pay i was met with a snarky remark of “i bet your code reader doesn’t cost £5000 to maintain” honestly appalled and definitely wont be going back
We have been using Burgess and Taylor for years. The continue to be helpful and have been able to fix our vehicles on a number of occasions at very short notice. One of the reasons we always go back is their honest direct approch. They never try to sell us unessesary work, but will give useful advice. We find many of our friends and family members use them for exactly the same reasons.
Excellent service! ..not my usual garage but fitted me in the same day as the car was about to breakdown..clutch and brake pad replaced and very friendly professional service. Thank you Justin Jake and team!

Great garage... Good honest service
My car completely seized up due to broken clutch arm, car actually broke down at the garage. They fitted me in and provided a courtesy car whilst the repair was being conducted, and took the time to explain the actual parts and repair process to me. Car runs better than it has done for a while! Thank you again
