Wanted to try out a decent smash burger so thought I'd check this place out. First thing that struck me was how the decor needed a huge face lift. It didn't look great, was very basic and could do with a lot more tlc.
Next up was the service which was pleasant enough though perhaps the member of staff who served me could do with a little more training as she was unable to answer a basic question of mine.
The burger I ordered wasn't bad though next time I think I'll go for the beef patty on its own as opposed to the chicken beef combo that I had.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the spicy chicken wings which didn't taste fresh enough for my liking. Maybe next time I'll try the peri peri chicken wings instead.
For what it is, this place is absolutely on point.
I ordered burgers all round for the family and they were perfectly portioned. The Angus Smash burger is a personal favourite - add in the extra Turkey Rashers and it tastes incredible.
The children's meals are 'actually' children sized - perfect.
The chips have always been freshly fried - I asked for Peri Seasoned chips and they didn't disappoint! - Unlike others, they were very generous with the peri seasoning.
The sauces/condiments on offer were of good taste. Personal recommendation is to try their home-made chilli sauce - has a great tangy, chilli taste including fresh coriander.
A good selection of drinks on offer, including slush drinks.
Incredible value for money.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalling service and no manners to speak to the customer. Missing items in the order, and they had the audacity to say that they had sent everything it’s Uber’s problem. Everyone makes a mistakes but the man on the phone has extremely disrespectful and have no business ethics at all. I can’t believe that a business can such low standards and blame the customer instead of offering any courtesy whatsoever. He then went on to say that the sound is breaking up and he can’t hear. Awful

Chicken wings were boiled not grilled, very disgusting test to it, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Found hair in the food as well.
I ordered wings and whole chicken today None of us finished our meals. whole chicken and wings both were burned, dry and visibly darker brown than it should have been, this should have been picked up by quality control if there is any. Chicken was clearly over cooked and lacked any moisture. I have attached picture too with this review.
Unsure what has happened, I called for complaint, the lady picked up the phone and didnt bother anything and simply hung up the phone.
Customer service is very good and friendly. They have maintained their shop is very neat and clean. Just tried their zinger burger and chicken wings.it was really nice. Must try!
New staff behave very rude and attitude , that Muslim girl am asking food price but she is don't tell proper answer and she's is behaviour very rude.am really not satisfied
