Absolutely terrible experience. Our order arrived very late and stone cold. After which we phoned up and they agreed to re-deliver our order within 30 minutes. About 45 minutes later, they said they could not re-deliver due to the managers input (who wasn't even working apparently). We spent about 3 hours waiting for food and I really do not think we will get a refund through justeat. Please avoid this place like the plague ????
Ordered a take away arrived 20 mins late and was stone cold paid 50 quid for 3 stone cold burgers and chips. Called the shop which said they would send a replacement meal. 30 mins later they recalled and said they couldnt send us a replacement meal as they didnt know how the food could be cold and the manager said no even though the manager wasnt there! Great service!!!! Never will I eat here again and I will make sure none of my mates will either!!!! Absolutely awful! Do not waste your hard earned cash on this joke of a business! I would be embarresed if i worked for this business.
We've been ordering from here since they opened, and whilst the food is generally really great it's a bit of nightmare mixed bag with their delivery which makes it a lower rating. We only do collection now, and when doing so means we're getting good quality, well cooked, hot food, but the delivery issues really need sorting. A few people locally have asked us about the place, because the replies to bad reviews kind of make you question eating here, and I think unfortunately the restaurant is damaging themselves a little by not taking accountability when they mess up, but if you're able to collect then it's a place worth ordering from.
First time trying this place, have to say it’s been a horrible experience. We got our food however the order was wrong, we have rung up telling them the issues we had with the order, the guy on the phone said they never even delivered to the name that we provided nor the address we said to him.. Funnily enough this makes no sense because we got our food. And to receive a happy shopper 39p cartoon to a kids meal is shocking. Safe to say i’ll never be ordering from here again!

Would highly recommend to those thinking about ordering. It's nice to know a business in bexhill is going far and beyond expectations.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Arrived cold and late. Rang to sort it out. They then offered a reorder which we agreed too. Half an hour waiting for the reorder they ring to say they are not doing the reorder after we’ve waited. Terrible management. Will not be returning
Usually the food here is good it’s a treat, tonight we ordered our food an hour and a half ago, the order was wrong and it’s apparently due to the Uber eats system
The way they display it which is fair enough but on the receipt for our order which they would have printed states clearly what the order is.
Called up they offered a credit note which was no good as we were really hungry so we needed the food remade, we waited 50 minutes for the remake to arrive which was stone cold and inedible I asked for a refund and they said you will have to do this through Uber and that they aren’t willing to help any further. What a shame this place has gone downhill will not order again. I never ever complain on google reviews usually I have nothing but fantastic things to say because I’m a firm believer good is supposed to be said but this is not acceptable and i wouldn’t wish anyone to order here.
Had a delivery from here twice now and both times have been amazing! Would definitely recommend the fajita burger, it’s so good! Food has been hot both times and just all in all really tasty.
