I am so angry if I’m being honest I ordered nearly three hours ago still nothing and restaurant is shut now. I paid a lot and got nothing and it’s not the first time this happens. Delivery is always late up to an hour or so and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt this time but it seems like I’m not getting my food at all . By the way the food is horrid it’s just when you’re desperate and want to eat something after work you’ve got no choice. I’ll make sure someone takes care of this place and shuts it down or let other people know how absolutely bad they are. NEVER ORDER FROM THERE! NEVER!!!!
I must be the only person to have a very different experience. Listen to my instructions, food came on time (3-4 minutes late).
Food was nice, warm and ideal late night snack.
I have ordered delivery from this company on multiple occasions and not once have they got my order correct. When I called to let them know they blamed the driver and said he must have taken something out of my bag. How can this be when they give me the wrong food? I have been told that they will give me something free the next time, but obviously this never happens. The guy on the phone is also incredibly rude. I would avoid this place at all cost if possible. I always question whether it is worth it before ordering with them, but as I work quite late sometimes they are the only people open.
Please do not ever use this restaurant. Any positive review you see if either staff or their family. The food you order online will take 3 hours or never turn up. It’s frozen. Do yourselves a favour and never order from this place
I order from just eat delivery on time but food cheesy chips cold because they didn’t wrapped at all .and burger quality zero in menus mentioned gourmet burger this is cheaper burger available in market. anyway I threw it away.never ever recommend.
Been waiting for an hour still no food. I was told the driver had left and that he will be with with me in 10mins. It has now been another25 mins. My house is only 9mins away. Finally I received my pizza only the find out there are top ins missing. Great rather put my money in a charity jar.
Poor quality of food. All of it was frozen and not fresh, burgers, fries, wings/niblets all of it frozen. Delivery is also shambles. Took way long too arrive. Not worth the money! Should make customers aware of any delays and price food adequately. ????♀️
Avoid.
I ordered a simple jacket potato with tuna and a side of coleslaw.
Instead, I got tuna and cheese??? Plus the tuna they provided was barely a spoonful? But the cheese, they added sooo much when I never asked for it.. I'm so confused.
