1st time ordering and u wasn't disappointed!! Burger was beautiful but th e fries were like double fried or something which made them crispier.... Best fries I've had in a while! Defo worth a try :))
Absolutely fantastic burger an instant favourite. Its a small menu, but they do everything right and I cant rate it high enough. Great service, super friendly guy.
I came up for work from Swansea with my father and could not have stumbled onto a better burger joint.
This is their second shop and I wish you guys all the best.
The food was lovely and delivered on time, the customer service that we received was first class. The driver was extremely patient as I had missed his original delivery time. He waited patiently for 5 minutes and 4 missed calls later I received my food with a smile.
I’m surprised that people would leave a negative review for genuine nice food, I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you.
oh my god….what a joke of a company i am so disappointed and disgusted!
for the price they charge for their foods you would expect a decent sized portion at least, i ordered 2 loaded fries and a smash burger off of just eat, firstly my food was 15-20 mins late . Secondly, once the food did arrive it was frozen i literally had to warm it up all over again. Surely it doesn’t get any worse?? oh hold on, yes it does! the portions of the loaded fries was barely even a quarter filled of the box and under the description it says ‘covered in cheese’ you would expect it to be melted cheese covering your fries & chicken, nope ! they put 2 cheese slices and that’s it wtf???????? these guys are not serious about their jobs nor their company please do not order from here if you love your food hot & delicious look elsewhere such as wall street burgers ( only a suggestion) if i take anything positive from my experience, it would have to be that the burger was okay nothing special and definitely not worth what they charge but it was just decent i guess absolute joke of a company can’t believe it !
They were amazing i use to order from here regularly last year. Now its not all that. The beef patties have no seasoning no salt or pepper nothing. The burgers dont taste premium as to how it was before. They have changed the portion size of fries less chicken less everything but still pricey. The sauces dont taste as good they have added mustard onto the fries doesnt taste nice at all. Overall dont waste your money here you will be disappointed as i was. Foods tasteless and not worth the price.
This place is in no other words - incredible. The food is always fresh and piping hot. If you’d like a small tub of Burger Box sauce (the smallest is still enough lol), just ask Yusuf. Probably best to order a larger amount if you want free burger box sauce. If not, it’s only £1 for a huge tub! Every chicken burger is 10/10, the beef burgers are 9.9/10. Yes this place is that good
Forget about handmade burger co....this place beat it every time!
Ordered for the first time tonight and will be ordering indefinitely from now on. Food came on time and hot like it should be. Courier rang to let me know he was nearby so I could be ready to answer the door, the food itself was unbelievable. THE freshest burger I've ever eaten. Taste was 10/10, same with the chips with beef and jalapeños too, just brilliant. Can tell straight away all the food is handmade per order, and not reheated or pre made. You can just tell everything is fresh. Ill be recommending others to here as well. Its rare I go out ofnky way to write a review, but these guys are absolutely fan-f****n-tastic!!! Would give more stars if I could!

We have ordered on several occasions from burger box from various different apps each time we have asked for dietary restrictions due to allergens these have not been adhered to please feel free to message me for a list of alternative places that are cheaper and more delicious than this one
