Wasn't sure but can honestly say this place is a proper dark horse.
Choice of burgers or Pizza. Had the Old English Burger with sweet potato fries.
The burger was freshly made and delicious with lots of flavour.
Kids had a margarita pizza which again was perfectly cooked.
Will definitely be back!!
Ordered brie burger on Saturday at 16:06 via website. Received an email to say my order would be 45 minutes.
My order hand not arrived after an hour, and after 2 calls to them it arrived at 17:26, cold soggy and inedible.
I paid £18:00 for one burger and fries, don't waste your money, go somewhere more reliable and cheaper!
My experience at the restaurant with my family was superb, food was delicious and didn't have to wait long, service from Laila was exceptional very polite and professional. Eating in I would definitely recommend. Fantastic restaurant. Takeaway personally I've had bad experiences don't recommend but dining in the restaurant itself is a must.
Ordered food at 7:30pm, now 10pm and no food. Tried to call the restaurant, even walked over to them- rang them when I’m literally stood outside watching these two teenagers inside and they just ignore the phone.
Knocked on the door and it’s like I don’t exist? Am I in a simulation or something?

Ordered a chicken, bacon, cheese burger with extra chicken fillet & parmesan, truffle fries. What i got was 4 chicken strips & bacon so close to being burnt you could just taste the charcoal. The fries had never seen parmesan, nevermind truffle. Soggy with melted cheddar on the top layer. Absolutely avoid this place with a passion!
We placed our order at around 7pm from Burger Amour in Thetford. We were told it would be around an hour to arrive. An hour and a half went past with no sign of our food. I called the store and the lady I spoke to informed me that their delivery driver had had an accident. This obviously made me feel guilty so agreed for them to give me a call back in 10 minutes to let me know if another delivery driver could be arranged. They called back and confirmed they had a new driver and they were on our way to us. Baring in mind the store is a 10 minute drive from our house. Half an hour later our food still hadn't arrived. I called again to get an update and the lady this time informed me that their oven had an issue and they now had to wait for half an hour for the oven to heat back up. I questioned why she told me our food was on its way half an hour ago if our food hadn't even been cooked yet! After a lot of back and forth to find out when exactly our food would arrive I was assured it will be delivered by 10pm another hour from this call! The food eventually arrived as advised at 10pm. The food was stone cold to touch it felt as though it had just come out of the fridge. The drinks we ordered did not arrive. The chicken in one of the burgers was still raw!! Considering they had only just heated up the oven and cooked our food, how on earth was it stone cold??!! To make it worse the store is closed now our food has arrived and we cannot call them to complain.
The service from start to finish has been awful, we were lied to by the lady in regard to where our food was and arrival times. I now question if the driver even had an accident in the first place.
I will not be ordering from here again and I will be informing all friends and family of the poor service today.
I have just had the tastiest, most well presented take a way meal ever. Really impressed. I'm a truck driver and they delivered to me in a lay by. Food still hot .. Thank you Burger Amour.
I have ordered food from this restaurant 2x now and both times it was really wonderful. My only complaint is that the second time my burger meat was just slightly over cooked/tough. But other than that it’s so flavorful and the service has been quick everytime. Really enjoy their food I recommend checking it out!
