Incompetent delivery men ripped a huge chunk out of the lino in our hallway. Delivered the sofa and the arm was broken. Sofa cushions were missing. Absolute joke of a company. Promised they would replace it but has been a month now and no effort made by them to rectify. Phoned them up to see what they're doing about this and the ignorant and rude person on the phone hangs up each time. Typical running away from problems. Bunch of cowboys. Avoid...
Bought a sofa from here a month ago and the delivery men ripped the lino in my hallway, also damaged the sofa and broke the arm. Said they would replace lino but have ignored me. Every time I call them they hang up on me. Incredibly rude.
Very good quality products, and the shop is very clean and tidy, and staff are really friendly.

BEWARE WHEN BUYING FURNATURE FROM HERE???? MY SON PURCHASED TWO SOFAS, HAD THEM DELIVERED AND THE DELIVERY MEN DRAGGED THE SOFAS UP THE HALL RIPPING THE LAMINATE FLOORING AND BROKE THE ARM OF ONE OF THE SOFAS. BUCKLEY'S INDOOR MARKET SAID, THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT THE BROKEN SOFA ARM!!!!! I PHONED THE SHOP AND STARTED A CONVERSATION TO ASK WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT THE RIPPED FLOORING AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO VERY RUDELY HUNG UP THE PHONE, SO I CALLED AGAIN AND THIS TIME GOT THE MANAGER WHO SAID HE WOULD GET HIS FLOOR FITTER OVER TO FIT NEW LAMINATE, HOWEVER, HE HASN'T AND IT NOW 4 - 1/2 WEEKS AND WERE STILL WAITING, JUST PHONED AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT... THEY HUNG UP AGAIN, THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND IF ANYONE IS FOOL ENOUGH TO BUY FROM THIS LOADS OF UNPROFESSIONAL SELLERS, MORE FOOL YOU. Newly renovated, clean and well done. New membership system so hopefully will keep previous trouble makers out. Was very quiet when visited but will hopefully pick up.

Not what I was expecting, awful. Just like a charity shop and what is in there was overpriced.
It's like Aladdin's cave of wonders in this place! I could spend hours just walking around looking at everything, really lovely staff too ❤️
This needs a name change. Turned up with a friend for a few games of pool and it's turned in to something else. It looked all nice and new, but we didn't stay as there are no snooker or pool tables that we could see.
