I can't thank Ash enough, after an error on my part, I didn't know the procedure of ordering my little boys anti-seizure medicine and I realised he would run out, Ash went above and beyond to help us.
I was in such a distressed state panicking that my little boy would fall ill and it would be completely my fault, Ash reassured me that he would resolve the issue and gave us an emergency supply. He was so professional and guided me through the 111 emergency referral system and it was sorted within a matter of minutes.
Thank you to all the staff at Buchans, highly recommended.
I visited the pharmacy today (11/10/23) to get my Covid booster. All the staff, especially the pharmacist (I think he was called Ash), were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. A really positive experience, thank you very much for your help today!
Fantastic service from Ash in helping us get an emergency prescription whilst on holiday. Thanks for enabling us to get away stress free after your efficient help. After going round 4 different chemists for a 3 item emergency prescription no pharmacy’s had more than 1 item in Buchans Pharmacy came to the rescue! All items received in less than 24 hours. Fantastic chemist - thank you!
The ladies behind the counter are lovely.
However the pharmacist "ash" can get the hump at times if you have used other pharmacies in the past.
Surely it is up to the customer where they obtain and pay for their medication.
You get plenty of reimbursements from the dispensed meds that pass through the doors every day.
The majority of staff here are very understanding and friendly, and I'd trust Ash to help resolve any concerns you have, if it's in his power to do so ????
Such a great pharmacy when I requested my meds from my Doctor they were delayed however Ash and the team pulled out all the stops to help me out. I also noticed a lady being helped out in the same manor ref her child they went above and beyond.
They also delivered my last repeat without even requesting it due to COVID-19.
Thank you all your such great people and very appreciated.
New to this Pharmacy Been given wrong medication twice now. Not concentrating. The last thing you want to do when you have been at work all day is then to have to wait for your pescription is to get home to find they have given you the medication, after both were on the same pescription. Not professional
