Stopped in for a quick pint mid dog walk (dog friendly). Lovely pint of guiness. The kitchen has recently been reopened so decided to have a bit of lunch. Really good smashed burger and fries, arrived quickly and good value. Definitely worth giving a go!
Lovely sunny day so took my Guinness outside. Pub inside is nothing special but the location is quite nice
Love this place, however, Marsdens have over priced the drinks. It's such a shame as this is the last "pub" in the village.
popped in for a drink and it has the feel of an old man's pub. needs face-lift and investment, there are more appealing establishments within the vicinity
Brilliant pub now that it's under new management. Great selection of drinks, good quality food and above all, a great atmosphere.
I stopped in for a piss, ended up getting utterly trashed and grew very fond of the landlady and locals after a nice unplanned sesh. Mel, I love you. You're my favourite landlady by a mile and I will definitely be back for more.
A tidy pint, reasonably priced and great company. What more could you want?

The pub looks dark and desolate, 1 beer available at £5.95 a pint that is £1 cheaper everywhere else. Not good!!!
