Absolutely excellent service I have received since I transferred my nominated pharmacy to Brunel. I have no complaints at all and if I have had a problem not of their making they have been very patient and resolved it. Definitely recommend.

I have phoned up Brune Pharmacy for the past three days and got through at position three down to two then told they are busy with a customer, please phone back later. I phoned again straight away and was told I was in position six, so how come my call was ended yet more people joined the queue. How many times do they expect us to phone back and be treated in this disgusting manner. I have been told by a nurse in the Willow group to contact you for my Booster COVID vaccination as I have a lung disease and also 74 years old and require my booster. Is this another Government ploy to get rid of the elderly.

I have had fabulous service from the staff at Brune Pharmacy. Becky in particular has been amazing at helping me sort out my elderly mum's prescriptions nothing is to much trouble and always polite, professional and understanding. Thank you all so much.
I really like the staff here but the system still isn’t working the communication between the doctors next door isn’t helping! The chemist say they can’t take order prescriptions over the counter but the doctors receptionist says you can so my tablets were ready at 5:30 on Friday even though I requested them days before so now as I explained I have to wait 4 days without my sertreline wich could potentially effect my depression. I was also told by the chemist that they are now on repeat yet the doctors told me I had to fill out a review on line or make an appointment so I just think this all causes so many problems when some people say one thing and others say another it’s not professional it’s stressful and I had to call up many times to both places to find out what was actually happening it’s very inconvenient and again causes me stress takes up time on the phone and waiting for a response this needs to change

I went to the pharmacy for some eye medication, they didn't have what I was prescribed, Which is fine, but the lady behind the counter wouldn't let me leave with Just nothing, she gave an alternative, but said will be on the system if it is needed. Some people would say we don't have it so we'll call you when it's in. But she took the time too find an alternative. There are people that appreciate your service.
I work in the NHS, I know how hard it is when people don't get what they want. And complaints can be demoralising, this isn't a complaint, this is a massive thank you, to the lady behind the counter. Great service.
