Great cafe. Service was attentive and care given to my friend re her dairy allergy. She has avocados on sourdough toast whilst I had their burger and chips. Generous portions and very tasty. Definitely recommended.
Nice and spacious café with lots of seating. Been here twice now and service has been quick both times with friendly waitresses.
Food is okay, nothing to write home about but pretty standard for your average café.
Did have an encounter with an incredibly rude member of staff at the front counter today when paying - I'd mentioned a hot drink wasn't great and I'd had to leave it and apologised profusely and explained I never usually complain but as I didn't drink it could it come off the bill; the young woman didn't even look at me and spoke to the waitress that served us and said "she didn't like the drink" and our waitress told her to take it off the bill but honestly I felt so embarrassed and didn't even get an apology for being served something that wasn't nice.
She handed me the card machine to pay while I continued to say the food was fine and I'm sorry again but she didn't look up and had such an attitude it made me want to avoid again in future.
So rude - maybe make the customer feel okay for being honest especially when they're kind about it - can't imagine how they'd react if someone actually made a fuss.
My daughter and I meet with my cousin and we always eat at Brunch, the food is great the staff are always welcoming, friendly and polite and the place is always clean and tidy
First time trying this and it was quite good. Ordered the chicken deluxe with fries and the macaroni & cheese. Taste very nice, though the garlic bread was not edible standard, fries were a bit too dry and crunchy. Very busy and good atmosphere
Visited Mar2024. Wide ranging menu, prompt service, well cooked, a good basic cafe.
Lovely clean always happy staff excellant food
They got our food order wrong, TWICE. Manager/ chef was so rude about it (it was entirely his fault, I saw the waitress write it down correctly) but he had the cheek to tut and roll his eyes at my 11yr old son?!?!? Definitely won't be returning! I feel bad for the waitresses who are absolutely lovely.
Sadly can be very hit and miss depending on who's working.
One day you'll get a bacon sandwich that contains 1 piece of bacon (Yes 1 piece) but another day you'll get 3 pieces.
Waitresses are always great and polite.
