Great Chemist Mr Patel always helpful and the staff friendly and accommodating to your needs. Is wheelchair accessible only slight lip on door but someone will always open door for you. They have a great selection of products and if an item not in stock they are very good at sourcing items other chemist might not get

I've been using the Browne's Chemist since I moved here 4 years ago. In my experience of using the chemist, I have no complaints.
The Little blonde hair lady behind the counter is always friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Infect I've had a little laugh with her on items I sometimes can't pronounce properly. Infect I've found this with most of the staff.
My repeat prescription is always ready for me to collect.
And if the one or two of the staff do seem a little stressed, maybe it's Because they've had a busy day that day. Or even a rude customer or two?
Disgusting service, called in only to ask if they provide emergency supply of medications as my prescription had not been processed and I was getting withdrawals, I got LAUGHED AT down the phone and was told that "they have people waiting and if I went down there then MAYBE they could help me." Absolutely disgusting considering they deal with people with mental health issues or disabilities. The front staff are lovely, however the main pharmacist needs to check his attitude and ego.
I rarely use pharmacies, so am not sure how common this is but, I went in to ask for something to help with a stye on my eye. Rather than sell me an ointment the pharmacist advised me to use a hot towel or flannel to reduce the swelling and that it should go away in a couple of weeks (it did reduce the discomfort, and the stye did heal after a couple of weeks). I was really impressed because he could have taken advantage of the situation and sold me something instead, but instead chose to help me. An asset to the community.
These people are extremely RUDE!! Especially the old man.
They only greet certain people, and do not like when you correct them, just because your a pharmacist does not mean you get things right ALL the time, you do not have to be rude and dismissive about it.
Fix up
The worst pharmacy I've ever used!, if it was possible to rate lower than 1 star I would. Unbelievable arrogant shop manager!
Lovely long term staff. Extremely Accommodating. Very helpful, can't recommend this branch enough !!! Many thanks for all your help over the decades !!!!
