Compassionate, experienced staff throughout the dental practice. So kind and effective in my treatment despite my being new to Sheffield and not yet registered with any dentist. In fact, the whole process of calling 111, going to the walk in centre to get pain relief and advice on getting emergency dental care that took me here -- all professional, welcoming, and efficient at every stage. Felt like a message to confirm that we will like living in Sheffield. ????
Lovely clean place. Modern with iPad style units for filling in your info. Dentist very polite and helped how he could with me being a cancer patient. But I must point out the outstanding and lovely lady on the desk. Nothing is too much trouble. So polite and helpful. That lady deserves a raise. She never stops.
I've never felt so comfortable and reassured, the gentlemen that help me was more than accomodating and I would most certainly go again. Friendly staff at all points. Great location and very professional
The reception team are lovely and my dental nurse was so caring. However my experience was one of extreme pain that I have never felt before. My tooth shattered during extraction. I could feel everything. I told the dentist but he didn't want to give me extra anesthetic he said he could only give me another 500mg and didn't want to waste time. The tooth is left broken and unable to be extracted without surgery to which he has referred. I left in tears. Had a panick attack and almost passed out. I am not a wimp. I have never feared dentists and never before had any bad experiences. My tooth was chipped and decayed and so the shattering is not anyones fault but the Dr could have cared more about my pain and I am certain could have made me more comfortable if he had wanted to.
Verry welcoming experience staff or absolutely lovely I would highly recommend this dentist by far
I rang 111 due to my wisdom tooth and they took it out for me gave me the best care thankyou so much :)
Having my dentist (private) cancel on me 20 minutes before my appointment, and then to be told it would be another 3 weeks, I was put in contact with Broomhill, via the NHS. It's not the easier place to park, but I was very grateful for receiving an emergency appointment. The staff were great, proactive and gave me the treatment to ease my pain whilst I still await another appointment with my private dental service. Broomhill were Angels.
A great dentist! I had such excruciating toothache over the Easter holiday and travelled from Doncaster to receive treatment. The dentist was so professional and has given me a temporary filling until I can get canal treatment! Thank you so much for making my Easter break a lot more bearable :-)
Local dentists waiting lists are ridiculous! No matter what dental emergency you have there seems to be 18 month waiting period and even after that wait they don't respond back! Very grateful for Broomhill dental services, lovely staffs, professional, trustworthy and helpful and do an amazing job if dental treatment is needed. Thank you!
