I recently needed some replacement windscreen wipers. I phoned to check they were in stock and intended to fit them myself at home.
When I was a lot younger, this would have been a routine job for me. Fortunately the owner of the shop had offered to fit them if I had any problems. After struggling for a while, I had to return to the shop. He fitted them in double-quick time!!

Not often I give 5 stars. Phoned this morning to ask for a replacement wing mirror glass for my Audi. Gave me a price cheaper than I’d managed to find and said to call after 2.30pm.
Went nearer 2pm as I was passing and it was already there.
