Wow !!!!! ... I dont normally rave about many things but so glad I tried this place !!. The fish I promise is the biggest and nicest piece of fish I've had for many a year. The chips are proper old school chips and not just bits left over. The food all turned up hot and delicious and tasty. Well done and so worth the money (cheap compared to others). Will be ordering from you guys from now on .. no competition
We were a visiting Cub Scout Pack to the Historic Docks and wanted a great fish and chips for our lunch. We were not disappointed in any way. The owners opened up on a Saturday day and prepared one of the best fish and chips we have ever had. Great portions of chips, freshly cooked fish bites for the Cubs along with full fish and chips for the leaders. Great value, Brompton is lucky to have you. See you again next time we visit.
Visited midweek as late night dinner options are limited in Brompton. Ordered traditional large cod and chips. Freshly cooked, huge piece of delicious well cooked fish (although the batter was a little bland) and a huge portion of chips - more than I could finish. Only criticism was £1 fee for pot of ketchup.
Absolutely amazing Fish and Chips!!! Very competitive prices as you'd expect but portion size for the money brilliant. Struggled to finish it all which I'd rather than still be hungry after, like some chip shops... This Fish and chip shop is the best we've found in Kent so far.... Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and hungry!! Spent £48 to feed 6 of us. That was 3 Cod and chips, 2 fishcakes with chips, battered sausage and chips, 2 savaloys, a curry roll, 2 bread rolls, mushy peas, curry sauce and a gerkin.... And they even gave us a FREE bottle of drink!
Great for an after hours eating always big portions
As a large family we tend to order big. First time customers and didn't disappoint! Portion sizes were huge! So much so we gave half to our neighbors and still had left overs. Food was hot and fresh!
My first time ordering from here. Ordered Haddock, small chips and curry sauce. Before my delivery time a very polite and friendly lady called me and apologised as delivery was running about ten minutes late. The food turned up hot, and was delicious, everything cooked perfectly. There was so many chips I think I could have shared it between four people. I will be ordering from here again in the fututre.
First time ordering from here was recommended by my son and omg best fish and chips iv had in years got two large cod medium chips enough to feed 5 people large chicken kebab and 2 battered sausages everything was cooked to perfection ,now I will make this a weekly thing iv given 5 stars wish I could give more ...boundary rd ....
