Always very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them!
I gave them a prescription for 3 months worth of medication. They didn't have enough so gave me for 20days. When I went for the remaining of the medicine, they said they have issued 84 tablets to me, which they didn't . Later they said the hospital only prescribes for 28days, so the prescription was not right. They lost my prescription and did not even apologize for it, just dismissed the whole thing
FYI I am a Doctor who works in a tertiary hospital, issuing the same similar prescriptions!
Absolutely a pharmacy to avoid. The man at the desk knew nothing about medicine, always rude and too clueless. What’s worse, he purposely put down the inflated price on pills twice and never issued an invoice unless you forced him too. If you insist on visiting them, make sure you check on the price on each item and ask for the invoice. Never give him any chance to avoid paying tax or over-charging you. What a shame that this kind of pharmacy still operates in modern time. Highly NOT recommended!

Recently the old pharmacist left. She knew everything. but the substitute is inefficient. The man at the counter is always lost and forgets everything. He never understands my request. That's because I'm there every month for years and he never remembers me. He always looks at me suspiciously. Does he think I'm going to steal? hope not! customer service...grade zero.

Not really sure if the person who works here has pharmaceutical company affilitiations, but I came in and requested a cream because I couldn't find it on the shelf. I was given the most expensive one and told "it was good". All fair and well, but when I asked for the the lesser known brands, the man looked dejected and didn't answer at first. Almost as though to put me off? But I could see them there, so I asked again, and then he picked it up and placed it on the counter quite aggressively. He then didn't say anything and asked what I wanted to do. I apologized and said I didn't have the funds to spare for the more expensive one which is why I asked for the other. Either way, it's none of his business which brand I choose, as I have a right to decide what to spend my money on.
I am a client for more than two years and I have a prescription every month. Always I got my medicines on time. Staff very friendly.
