I do not know why this shop deals with parcels, when it’s clearly a massive inconvenience to them. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in a store. I am shocked how rude one member of staff is, all of the time.
Making you search through piles of parcels yourself. Refusing to scan barcodes. Virtually shouting at you to wait.
Previous reviews say the same and responses say it’s been dealt with. Although it clearly hasn’t as this guy is still there, the majority of the time, being unbelievably rude to anybody and anyone who is collecting/returning a parcel!
I would rather pay the £3.99 home delivery fee than deal with this awful man.
I will never set foot in this shop again!

This store should be removed from the click and collect parcel service. I wish I'd looked at the reviews before choosing this store for delivery of two orders from Ebay. I have tried 4 times to collect my packages and each time have been refused them even with ID. This is because Ebay say the store has failed to scan in these parcels when they were delivered to then by the courier. Due to this the collection email from Ebay has not been generated and the assistant refuses to hand over my packages without this despite me telephoning the manager also and being assured I will be given my packages . I would say avoid this store for click and collect, it has been a complete nightmare and I have had to report this store to Ebay. I hope they take action against them.
awful service. i mainly use this shop to deal with yodel services. i collected a parcel once, and they point you towards the corner of parcels and you need to search through and find your parcel yourself (obviously anyone could take anything) and they don’t get scanned out. then, when i’m sending a parcel, lately every time that i’ve been in the shop they say that the machines not working to be able to scan in the parcel. staff are rude and unhelpful. will be avoiding this place from now on
I would give no star if I could. Avoid this place at all costs!! Went to drop off a yodel parcel and the shop attendant was extremely rude and impolite. Refused to give me a receipt for my parcel claiming his printer was broken and when I asked again I got shouted at. He didn’t seem bothered and just dumped my package in the corner. Flagged it up with Yodel but nothing has come of it yet, they still have this place on their list!!

Without a doubt the worst customer service.
Had many yodel parcels delivered here and my heart sinks when I see this one guy behind the till. He is rude and dismissive, like I’m putting him out by using the service the shop has chosen to provide.
Transcript:
Me: Hi, please can I collect a parcel for *name*
Him: (points rudely without looking up) get it here
Me: ok (searching) Sorry, but I can’t reach the bottom of the bag, please would you be able to help me?
Him: (huffing and puffing - gives me my parcel and continues to look at his phone) My scanner is broken. Take it and go.
Me: Ok, is it possible to get a paper receipt?
Him: Get out and don’t send parcels here anymore
Me: why are you being rude to me? I’m just asking for a receipt.
Him: (pretending I’m not there and looking out his phone) Get out and don’t come here again
Me: I’m only asking for a receipt if you can’t provide it that’s fine but just say that.
I left feeling very shaken, angry and teary.
Boycott if you can. Clearly not just me who has experienced this. See google reviews attached.
