I want to record my appreciation of the great treatment provided to me today by Henna. It was a tricky job and she did it extremely well, and it was totally pain free. She gave me clear and sound advice about the next stage. Her nurse is brilliant too (I'm sorry that I didn't note her name).
The staff at Broadfield Dental Practice, including the receptionists, nurses, and dentist, have been exceptional. They provided me with great support in addressing the toothache that has been troubling me. The staff were friendly, compassionate, and took great care of me. They even stayed past their scheduled closing time to ensure that I was comfortable after my tooth extraction; they then called me on the Saturday morning to check up on me. Although I am not fond of visiting the dentist, the treatment I received has made me look forward to my next appointment!

I’m not going to lie, going to the dentist isn’t always the most pleasant experience…. However the staff at broadfield practice from the receptionists to the nurses to the actual bearers of scary looking medical equipment are brilliant, friendly and accommodating.
Having been a few times over the last month or so they have bent over backwards to help me get/rearrange appointments for a nasty molar and have made a pretty unpleasant journey a hell of a lot smoother….. so I’d just like to say “Thank you so much”
This has been my dentist for a while now so I’ve been several times and I can honestly say it’s been a good experience every time,I went today and had a totally pain free filling to be fair I nearly fell asleep it felt that ok,thank you Vicky and Stacey the filling feels great ????
Great service and communication. They make it as stress-free as possible. A professional, flexible, and friendly place. Big thanks to everyone there, especially Scarlett and Sabah, for making it as easy as possible to get the help I needed. ????
This has been my dentist for a number of years now and I must say that they are fantastic is many ways!
Understanding with the kids, flexible when needed, and always welcoming at any appointment. They have helped me regain my smile again. Would highly recommend.
Lovely staff right through from reception to the dentists. Tristan is always lovely and makes the experience of going to the dentist anxiety and pain free. Wonderful with my toddler too.
Terrible dentist. Avoid.
Hurt my wife doing a scale and polish because they were rushing.
They also removed me because I missed a follow up appointment for treatment that I had already paid for and which should have been done in the first appointment but the dentist didn’t have time to do.
The receptionists are also unhelpful and hang up if you dare to complain.
Edit: They also blatantly lie about the facts of what happened in this case as can be seen in their response to my comment. They also said a manager would contact me to discuss and I’ve received no contact.
Don’t use this untrustworthy dentist practice.
