Excellent experience with this company - I ordered a week before I’d intended for a birthday delivery. Package arrived in time, to my brother in Japan, who had been missing all his favourite British snacks. Great selection offered on the website.
Super fast shipping. Everything was accurate and I'm so happy they exist! I was originally worried about ordering from them-since they are based overseas. What a treat! Thank you so much and I will be ordering from you again!
I've ordered my favorite items several times for delivery to central USA and every time it's packaged so well! Yes, it's expensive but I totally understand and it's worth it to get the things I can't get here or at World Market. Now if only I could find something similar for the French Pharmacies! :)

Some special offers which were in stock and also arrived even though I thought some might not be available by the time they were packed.
Slight downside is that a lot of items are out of stock and my order took a long time to be filled and dispatched, nearly 2 weeks from order to delivery, hence only 4 stars instead of 5.
Delivery was a couple of days earlier than quoted by DHL so I was out but he rang and we agreed a place for the parcel to be left.
Overall a good experience and I would order again.
Never had an issue before but since dhl have been the delivery provider , I've had an awful experience. 4 weeks being passed from pillar to post. Apparently can't find my brothers address despite me giving Google maps link. Now the order has been returned to sender. My christmas ruined and my brother not getting any home festive food. Will not be ordering again
Great experience! Wanted to send some British food items to a friend in the US but realised it wouldn't be straightforward with customs, and postage wouldn't be cheap so gave up on the idea. Then was told about British Corner Shop and placed an order. 6 days later, my friend had the package and was very pleased with it! Items are more expensive than they would be if buying yourself, but the premium is worth it for the convenience and ease of service. Will definitely be using again!
There are discount codes around for new customers so make sure you look for one if ordering first time.
I'm from the UK where the warehouse is based so I only purchased some bits I couldn't find in the shops this close to Xmas. I didn't mind paying what I paid for delivery but it took 5 working days for my order to even be shipped. (Ordered 10th, shipped on 16th) Looks like it's with the courier now so fingers crossed I get it this week as it's stuff for Christmas! Website isn't great tho, I'm stuck in a login loop and the things I've purchased are still sat in my basket reminding me to check out even tho I've received an invoice already.
My order was a surprise for my husband, a little taste of home. The order arrived quickly and everything is fresh and was packed very well. Terrific way for expats to get those things unavailable in other countries. My husband is already asking me to place another order. I will definitely be ordering from the British Corner Shop again.
