A lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. Been there few times and took some touristy friends there. Good choice of items and good prices
Typical Scottish tourist shop, lots of interesting items for sale at reasonable prices.
It’s a nice shop but the woman was a bit rude, she was telling a little boy off for a teddy falling off a shelf and saying he launched it.
Fine for tourist cards. Didn’t accept card payment below £1 (which is fair play) but then I didn’t need the earful the cashier gave me for only having a £20 note. Appreciate you don’t come here for the service but bring your pennies and your patience.
This is a lovely shop, with plenty of reasonably priced items to choose from. The lady who staffed the shop during our visit was very friendly, helpful and chatty. We thoroughly enjoyed browsing around this shop and purchasing the Highland cow gifts that are now adorning our Motorhome. Thank you
Lots sorts of souvenirs. Friendly staff. They were very informative about the film locations in the area and the bridge outside the shop which was in the original The 39 Steps film made in the 1930's.
I recently visited Killin and stopped into this shop. A very warm welcome from the lady that was in the shop. The shop is well stocked with a wide variety of tourist gifts, and souvenirs. The shop is wall to wall with everything to make the tourist tempted to buy something to remember their visit by.
I would recommend this as a worthwhile visit.
We were about to buy something from this store, and were met with an overbearing shopkeeper telling us 'not to touch as people mess up the displays'. Incredibly rude and made us feel scrutinised - you should be allowed to check an item out before purchasing. They lost out on business as a result. Avoid if you want some relaxed browsing!
