Called in for an overnight stay in our Motorhome after finding the pub on the Britstops app. Thought midweek we would be lucky to get some pub grub but surprised to find a great menu with some nice looking specials. In the end opted for the carvery which was fantastic, and the beer was excellent as well. Many thanks.
I have to say we as a family have been coming for many years and this little gem never fails to meet expectations. The service is A1, we have a lot of children and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Thanks for a great evening, How many kids have I got? Carvery is excellent...good choice of meat and a superb selection of fresh vegetables.
1 negative comment.....The chesse and biscuits platter isnt worth the money. 3 small sluces of chesse with 6 bicuits and pickle....Not worth the money.
Beautiful roast dinner with a good choice of meats & veg. The staff were lovely, helpful & friendly. Highly recommend a visit.
Have been here a few times now for a carvery and have never been disappointed, we will be back again in the near future, staff are so friendly and nothing is too much bother for them.
Just enjoyed mothers day with family at your pub and must say food was delicious staff very polite and courteous and friendly. Will definitely come again.
Can never knock this place the Carvery is excellent and the staff are highly attentive. Would recommend to anyone to visit
A nice pub with a good menu, including vegetarian and vegan options, and helpful staff. We reserved a table and had a pleasant lunch for four. There's also a large garden which would make a nice spot in the summer, including a kid's play area.
