I rarely if ever have a good experience with the NHS, but I'll give this place 5 stars - they made my daughter feel so comfortable and special, she breezed through her blood test with no effort at all. Super stars, 5 stars.
It's clean and tidy but trying to get a doctors appointment you are very lucky to get one
I had an appointment here with a physiotherapist. Big place didn't even know it was a surgery till my visit. I believe it has doctors, physiotherapists, & podiatrists on site. Only snag is as the road too this surgery is not great there needs to be more on site parking just not enough.
All modernised now went for my appointment and I didn't have to wait even five minutes it was very organized
All the staff I met were great and my appointment was on time so no hanging around
Really clean, organised and fast to be seen. Only thing that had me on edge was the lack of windows, natural light and the security. Pace looks and feels like a prison. Parking can be tricky as there isn't much (or was busy when we were there) but it's generally a nice place. Has everything you need inside. Including a pharmacy.
Short wait to reach appointment time. Log in facility down for maintenance. Very cheerful Doctor. Prompt inspection. Photograph taken of skin defect. Out in fresh air in about 5 minutes. Always a pleasure to visit a surgery where there is no aroma.
1st class service.
Very good service and friendly helpful staff.
