Brasserie de Couvaloup is a small production brewery which is only open for bottle sales by appointment on Saturdays. If you wish to visit the brewery, call ahead first to confirm they will be open. From the exterior, the brewery is not much to look at. It occupies a corner unit of a large two-story concrete building. There is a driveway ramp leading to the upper level, but I think the brewery is only on the ground level. There are no advertisements for brewery, and I only knew I was at the right place because of a labeled paper in the window. The large windows are covered on the inside to prevent light from entering, so I could not see the brewery equipment inside when I drove by late on a Saturday. For visitors, it would be nice if the brewery were decorated a little better to feel more inviting and allow an easier view inside. The brewery typically produces 3 flagship beers, with occasional additional varieties. I found their bottled beer available locally, and enjoyed their 11:43 Bohemian Ale, which I thought was decent and easily drinkable.

Brasserie artisanale, propriétaires super sympas, visite intéressante et dégustation formidable. Leurs 4 sortes de bières sont excellentes. N'hésitez pas à ramener quelques bouteilles chez vous.

Excellente brasserie artisanale! C'est une brasserie au sens que c'est un local de production de bières (que l'on peut acheter sur place, si ouvert, voir numéro de téléphone), mais ce n'est pas un bar.

Brasseur et responsable très sympa, explication de la brasserie, répond à vos questions, bières super bonnes, un endroit à ne pas manquer.
