Very happy with my treatment and such lovely staff. Always been seen in reasonable time. I believe if you really need to be seen you're happy to wait, and if you are able to walk out in a huff then you didn't need to be there in the first place. Only thing I can suggest is to move the reception as it can be a little embarrassing telling the entire room the issue. Everything else 5*. Thank you for all you guys do.

Went to this centre for treatment, and although I had a long wait to get antibiotics for infection, it was well worth the waiting because my own practice surgery could not have cared less. I was seen by 2 lovely nurses Angela and Rachel, they were so caring, and made sure I got the medication I needed.

Arrived this morning around 9.45 , I was seen by a lovely lady around 10.15 ish , waited for an X-ray another 15/20 mins .

Was called in around 11.10 to be told I had a broken Ankle, I had another examination on my foot and issued with some Crutches , a Stirrup for my Ankle and some good advice from two lovely Ladies .

All done and dusted in less than 2 hour's we'll impressed considering I was dreading going .

Went there with my wife to the walk in centre to have her ankle checked out and I was dreading it. I went fully prepared for a lengthy wait taking a book to read. I was amazed at the efficiency of everyone, you could smell it in the air. Everyone knew their role to perfection producing an admirable team effort. We registered on arrival and was she was seen by a triage nurse who sent her down for an x-ray, oh yes in the same building. About twenty minutes later my wife came back and said she had to wait for her results. She was called in about 15 minutes later and was told what treatment she had to do at home. In total we were in and out in about an hour and a quarter, what a result. Apart from the wonderful staff it was noticeable the incredible cleanliness of the whole place, no sign of that distinguishable hospital smell. I hope we never have the need for a revisit but it is great comfort to know such high quality of care is available on the doorstep, many many thanks to all concerned

Fantastic care shown to my child who was referred to Hull Royal Infirmary,which resulted in a hospital admission. The health care staff were incredibly caring and considerate,unfortunately this facility is slightly let down by the staff on the reception desk who appear to not want to be there. I appreciate it is a difficult job but they are the first point of contact and the member of staff we encountered was very unfriendly and quite rude.
