Given a quote to fix the car (which we were considering scrapping), only to be told there was more work to be done. This happened three times. A bit confused, annoyed and wildly over budget at this point, we raised our concerns, only to be shouted at by the incredibly rude and argumentative owner.
One star for the (eventually) fixed car, and one for the lady who actually explained everything clearly and politely. She'd make a much better owner.
Overall would avoid unless you enjoy paying hundreds to be verbally abused.
I had some work undertaken at this garage a few months ago, the problems I was encountering with my vehicle were explained to the mechanic over the phone and a time/price were agreed. The work was undertaken and initially I was very happy. Fast forward 2 months and the same problem with the vehicle is occurring, turns out this mechanic did not resolve the issue, but had undertaken entirely different works than that of which was discussed, Full well knowing this wasn’t going to fix the problem, and that I would need to return. I tried to resolve the matter with the owner who was extremely rude and argumentative and not willing to put the problem right unless I paid full price again for services needed. This is clearly an absolutely shambles of an operation where the owner will tell you what he wants to benefit his own pocket. Scammer and complete rip-off merchant. Avoid at all costs.

Paid over £400 for repairs and still fitted something wrong. My other mechanic told me that they ripped me off. Very unprofessional and bad customer service

Really good place for servicing and MOTs. Got a last minute MOT here just before Christmas. Done so fast and the people I saw were really nice.
