We love Brambles, no nonsense lovely food served by a very friendly owner. We always visit here when going to Butlins and Will continue too. Lovely jacket potatoes and scones. Also really great value cheapest cafe by a long shot. Thank you and see you again soon Brambles!
If you want a proper cook breakfast thick bacon and a pot of tea( 2 cup ) or coffee for a fiver then it’s the best place in minehead opens at 10am and it’s an all day cooked breakfast . His scones are home made and perfect ????he’s situated at the foot of the avenue just off seafront
Absolutely lovely little place. Wonderful homemade scones for a cream tea. A beautiful cooked breakfast. The lovely lady behind the counter was amazing with my son with ADHD she was amazing. Please, if you go to minehead please please give them a visit. Very old school
Couldn't believe how cheap this cafe was compared to others, only had a cheese toastie and pasty and two coffees, it was less than £9. Easy going atmosphere and clean. Will probably go back to try the cream teas as they do two scones, cream, jam and coffee for £4.25. They seem to be dog friendly as well.
What a little gem. Fantastic breakfast. One of the best I’ve had. Brilliant cheap prices. Friendly & clean. Highly recommend. Thank you. ????????
Great cafe, with great freshly cooked food and nice people who have probably owned it for years.
A little bit run down and could do with some extraction fans as the place smells quite a bit of cooking and was a bit misty when we went in but didn't put us off this weekend as we went twice, once for a lovely cream tea and scones and once for a brilliant full English breakfast with loads of bacon.
Will certainly go back when we go to Butlins again at easter.
Lovely old-fashioned cafe with a good owner. Serves tea in a pot with mugs, simple sandwiches, sausage rolls and scones. Good value for money too. Will be returning next time we are there.
Came here under a recommendation from a friend who lives locally, but honestly can't tell you what it's like as we never got to eat.
We arrived at 2 minutes to 10am, 6 of us to get breakfast before we hit the road, there were several people already in there with drinks despite the closed sign, but when I popped my head in and asked if they were open, I was told it will be a few minutes.
We waited outside for five minutes, still no sign change, but again, several other people went in and out with drinks, so we decided to go over to the Jubilee on the other side of the road instead where we were welcomed and fed by some really lovely staff.
